MINISTRY OVERVIEW
The heart of our men's ministry is to encourage men in their walk with God and each other. We believe that as we develope open and authentic relationships we can together walk in the fullness of God's created intent for our lives. Proverbs tell us that "Iron sharpens iron". Men need alliances with other men to help them face the challenges of everyday life, and keep each other sharp. Our men's life group meets every Wednesday at 7:30 at the church. A time of worship is followed by our group meeting in the church conference room. Some of the topics we have discussed are servanthood, spiritual leadership, and sexual purity. All men are welcome.
COUNT ON ME GROUPS
We are currently developing Count On Me Groups that focus on bringing 3 or 4 men together on a regular basis to discuss the personal issues that challenge them the most. These meetings focus on group members giving each other permission to ask each other challenging questions, and holding each other accountable to doing the right thing as fathers, husbands, and men in the workplace. Men in these groups count on each other to trust and pray for one another. Together they help each other fight the good fight and be men of Godly character in all areas of their lives.
